My July books are now live and I'm excited to launch our new scheduling system to help with keeping a fair and simple way of booking. This is to eliminate a waiting list and confusion on availability. We have had numerous clients ask to schedule an appointment for August so we are wokring on those dates soon and posting them as soon as we can!
Here's how to book...
Click on the Micropigmentation tab, read through ALL the information to inform yourself on the service, be SURE you are wanting this before booking an appointment. Once you have scrolled down and click the 'book now' button it will pop up giving you the option to choose the service. There is an 'i' next to the service that gives a short description and pricing. Click the service and select the date/time you'd like. After you have done that you have a short amount of time to complete your contact info and a credit card number to hold your appointment. An 18% deposit is required and is non refundable. BE SURE ON THE DATE AND TIME YOU PICK! Lastly you must remember to read the cancellation policy and click agree.... then confirm. You're booked!
I want to take a moment and explain why space in July is limited... I have previously booked my existing clients for that their 2nd session once I had completed their first appointment. There are about 2-3 appointment available in the day. This is due to the appointment times being 2 hours. I don't want to rush your service and decisions, nor do I think you'd want me to. I've had many clients complain that there aren't more weekend or late night appointments available. We are in the middle of training another technician so we can offer more dates and times. This is also difficult to offer when you're married, have 2 step kids, 3 dogs, and run the business. We are not a tattoo shop and only have hours as a medical spa does. When I need to get my hair done or go to the doctor I take off work accordingly and make it happen. So please take that into consideration when you ask us to stay late or on our 1 off day to do a service a month from now.
I've been extremely lucky to have had clients come from all over the States for my services. Each client has shared their story with me and trusted me with their new look.
